The PUD makes all weekday field closure decisions by 4pm and an email or text will be sent out to all teams that would be affected if games are cancelled. We DO NOT call teams, so please make sure that we have your email address or cell phone number (for texting purposes) on file.

If there is inclement weather after 4pm or if you haven't heard anything and nothing has been posted by 4pm, then the fields are currently playable and it would be a game time decision at that point.
